Our Returns Policy

Shop with confidence knowing if you change your mind or aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we accept returns provided you meet the below conditions:

THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHIN A 30 DAY CHANGE OF MIND PERIOD.

This period starts from when the purchase date, which can be found on your receipt or order confirmation.

YOU RETURN THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN AND WITH THE TAGS ATTACHED

Outlet items and excluded products cannot be returned

SUPPLY YOUR STORE RECEIPT/TAX INVOICE OR ONLINE ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL AS PROOF OF PURCHASE.

Your proof of purchase must be with our a 30 day change of mind period.

Unless required by local law, gift cards (including eGift Cards), hair accessories and jewellery are excluded from this returns policy and cannot be returned because of change of mind or incorrect size/fit.

Review reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product where we inspect the product and reasonably assess that the fault is a result of:


  • Damage caused by neglect or misuse (for example, treatment inconsistent with the product's care instructions or wash guide); or
  • Usual wear and tear following use of the product.

In Store Purchases
If you have purchased an item in-store and would like to make a return, you can visit your local Review Boutique or Outlet to do so. Click here to view our Store Locator. You will require proof of purchase in order to make the return.

Providing the above return conditions are met, Review will accept non-sale merchandise for a refund or exchange. Sale merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Any items marked FINAL SALE on the receipt or swing tag, cannot be returned for an exchange or refund, unless knowingly sold with faults.


Known faulty items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

Items purchased at a Myer Concession must be returned to a Myer location.

Online Purchases
If you have received a faulty garment/item from an online order, please contact our Customer Service Department via email or live chat.

Review will reimburse any reasonable shipping charges for return of goods that are deemed faulty. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchased a product with a minor fault, we can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Further information is available here.

Sale can be returned online via post for a full refund or returned in-store for an exchange or credit note. Outlet cannot be returned online or in-store unless faulty.

Returning Online

For all card and/or gift card payments, simply locate your order number, fill and print out the ‘Return by Post’ form and start your return process online below. For all buy now, pay later payment methods, review the information below for each providers policy.

START ONLINE RETURN

The Refund return option is available for Full Price, Sale, and Outlet products purchased from Review Australia Online (excluding Click & Collect). All Click & Collect orders are only able to be returned in store (excluding Myer locations).

Fill and print out the ‘Return by Post’ form
If the Return by Post Form is incomplete or not included with your return, the return may be returned to sender.

Post your parcel to our Online Returns Warehouse
Postage costs for the "return to online" return option are non-refundable under this returns policy.

3.

Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt
When your return is processed, we will send you an email to confirm that your refund has been processed.

Any purchase made with AfterPay or Zippay can only be returned for a refund (if the item is eligible for a return), unfortunately we do not offer exchanges via this payment method.

[1] Full price products includes Full Price products purchased during promotional events (such as a time-limited store wide discount event).


[2] Review Australia Stores: Outlet products are identified by with an 'Outlet' badge. Review Australia Online: Sale and Outlet products are identified by their advertisement in the "Sale" or "Outlet" categories.


[3] Return options are only available at Review Australia Boutiques in the same country as the Purchase Location.

[4] If your purchase is eligible for a refund, the same payment used for the purchase, must be used for the refund. You must present photo identification at the time of refund. Your photo identification and the cardholder or account name associated with the payment used must match.

[5] Review Australia is not liable for the in-transit damage or loss of products returned by post to Review Australia Online Returns. Review Australia recommends that you only use post services with insurance and tracking. Please allow two (2) weeks for your return to be processed once received by Review Australia Online returns.


[6] Delivery fees for Review Australia Online purchases and postage costs for the "return to online" return option are non-refundable under this returns policy.

For any international returns, please print out and fill in a Returns Form with your order information and place inside your return parcel. Only eligible returns will be accepted, if you wish to confirm if the item you wish to return is eligible you can contact Customer Service.

Post to the return address started on the form. Any return postage is to be covered by the customer.

INSTORE- No refunds allowed for sale items purchased in store, however customers can return for an exchange within the 30 day returns period.
