Free shipping on all Australian orders $99 and above. For all orders under the value of $99, a $12.95 standard delivery fee will apply with the below delivery times including dispatch:
- 2-5 business days - VIC, NSW
- 3-6 business days - ACT, SA, TAS & QLD metro
- 3-10 business days - WA and most regional areas
Express Delivery
Express shipping is available at a cost of $17.95 with the below delivery times (including dispatch):
- 2-3 business days- VIC, NSW
- 2-4 business days - ACT, SA, TAS & QLD metro
- 3-5 business days - WA and most regional areas
2 Hour Delivery with UBER*
Uber is only available from stand-alone REVIEW stores. You must reside within 15km of one of our participating stores. Uber is not available from Myer stores stocking REVIEW. For more information, visit Uber On Demand.
3 Hour Click & Collect
Click and collect is available at selected boutique and outlet stores. Collect your item within 3 business hours of placing an order. For more information click here
New Zealand Delivery
Standard shipping to New Zealand is available at a cost of $9.95 AUD with the below delivery times including dispatch:

International Delivery
Standard International shipping is available at a cost of $25 AUD with the below delivery times (including dispatch):
- 2-10 business days

* Please note that the indicated delivery times are estimates only, based on the stock being dispatched from our warehouse. If your order is coming from a store delivery times may vary, depending on both the store location and the intended destination.
Delivery time frames are based on industry averages as provided by our carrier company Australia Post, please note that these are indicative only and subject to change. Review is not liable for any delays or missed deliveries advised by Australia Post.
** Please note regional areas will take longer to receive their express order. This service is not recommended for remote locations.
*** For any parcel shipped outside of Australia, you as the recipient will be liable for all import duties, customs, handling fees and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necassary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email containing a link to the Australia Post website, where the order can be tracked. Please note this may take 24 hours to update on the Australia Post website.
Review Online is not responsible for lost/stolen parcels and compensation will not be provided. This includes if the customer has incorrectly entered the address on their order.
Click and Collect is available at selected Review boutique and outlet stores. Unfortunately Click and Collect is not available at Myer concessions. Please refer here for store locations.
Unfortunately, if your nearest store doesn't have stock it cannot be collected from that store. Click & Collect will only be available if the item is readily available.
We give customers 7 days from when their order is packed to collect it. However if you're needing extra time we can definitely accommodate. Just give the store you're collecting it from a call and let them know when you'll be able to come in, within a reasonable time of course!
Of course! You'll just need to contact either the store you're collecting from or email our customer service team at online@review-australia.com and let them know your order details and the name of the person collecting on your behalf.
