Just because you opt to wear a dress, doesn’t mean that you have to go for a dressy look.

There are so many reasons why dresses are truly the hero in every woman’s wardrobe, including the fact that they can easily be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. Get the most out of your beautiful dress by owning these simple tips to style it down for those more casual events.

If you’re a girly girl like us, you probably prefer to opt for a pretty frock over a casual jeans and t-shirt any day of the week. When we have so many in our wardrobe it seems a waste not to maximise the outfit potential, right? We should however preface that anything that could be worn on a red carpet probably pushes too far on the formal side and should be saved for the evenings (just in case you wear planning to try and dress down your ballroom gown, but who are we to stop you!).
